Before You Begin

Full name, date of birth, email, phone number, and a password for your account. Optionally add a second parent or guardian.

For each player: name, date of birth, playing day preference, medical notes, and FA number (if known).
Passport-Style Headshot Photo
A clear, front-facing photo of each player against a plain background. JPG, PNG, HEIC or TIFF — max 25MB. Required.
Proof of Age Document
A passport or birth certificate for each player. PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC or TIFF — max 25MB. Required.

Registration fees vary by age group and playing day. Pay in full or by monthly instalments via Stripe.

Player Code of Conduct

As a player of Ascot United FC, I agree to: 1. Play fairly and by the rules of the game. 2. Show respect to all players, coaches, referees, and spectators. 3. Never use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language or behaviour. 4. Accept the decisions of the match officials without argument. 5. Treat opponents with respect both on and off the pitch. 6. Support and encourage my teammates at all times. 7. Be a positive ambassador for Ascot United FC. 8. Report any concerns about behaviour to a coach or club official. 9. Look after club facilities and equipment. 10. Have fun and enjoy the game!

Terms and Conditions of Membership

By registering as a member of Ascot United FC, you agree to the following terms: 1. MEMBERSHIP: Membership is subject to annual renewal and payment of applicable fees. 2. SAFEGUARDING: The club is committed to safeguarding children and young people. All members must comply with the club's safeguarding policies. 3. DATA PROTECTION: Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data is used solely for club administration, communication, and FA registration purposes. 4. PHOTOGRAPHY: The club may take photographs and videos during training and matches for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not consent. 5. MEDICAL: Parents/guardians must inform the club of any medical conditions or allergies. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure information is kept up to date. 6. LIABILITY: The club takes reasonable precautions to ensure safety but cannot accept liability for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by negligence. 7. CONDUCT: All members and parents/guardians are expected to adhere to the club's Code of Conduct and the FA Respect programme. 8. CANCELLATION: Membership may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice.

DATA RETENTION: Data is retained for the duration of membership plus 3 years, or as required by FA regulations. YOUR RIGHTS: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
